1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, and using www.nimbuscleaningservice.com (the “Website”), the user (“Client”) agrees to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Website. Nimbus Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND USER JOURNEY

Nimbus Cleaning Services operates primarily under a staffing and outsourcing model. Our main function is outsourcing the staffing aspect to fulfill residential and commercial cleaning needs.

The booking and service selection experience all begins on one path on our Website, which then splits into 2 paths after the Client selects their requested service. This ensures the appropriate personnel, equipment, and resources are properly allocated to the exact commercial or residential requirements.

3. PRICING, BIDS, AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. General Pricing: All prices displayed are in United States Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable New Jersey state sales tax. Payments must be completed through our authorized, secure payment gateways prior to service delivery.

3.2. Commercial Subcontracting: For commercial accounts, pricing strategies are adjusted to remain competitive while strictly covering mandatory New Jersey state costs. Commercial cleaning subcontracting bids are calculated based on these factors, utilizing established baselines such as our $23.50 per hour rate, subject to final contract terms and site-specific needs.

3.3. Payment Processing: We do not store full credit card information. Transactions are handled by third-party PCI-DSS compliant providers. Nimbus Cleaning Services is not responsible for technical errors originating from the Client’s banking institution.

4. LEGAL CAPACITY AND PERMITTED USE

Clients must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the State of New Jersey. The Website may not be used for any unlawful purposes, fraud, or actions that violate local, state, or federal US laws. Automated data extraction (scraping), hacking, and attempts to breach the Website’s security are strictly prohibited.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule a service without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a standard late cancellation fee of $150. This fee is strictly in place to compensate the assigned staffing personnel for their reserved time and lost wages.
  
• Service Guarantee: In accordance with general consumer satisfaction standards, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, offer a re-cleaning of the affected areas. Cash refunds are generally not issued once a service has been rendered.”

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Nimbus Cleaning Services respects your privacy. We collect personal information solely to process bookings and manage staffing logistics to your location, and we do not sell your data to third parties. Our full data collection, usage, cookie, and data protection practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from the use of the Website or the services provided by Nimbus Cleaning Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suits, actions, or proceedings arising out of these Terms must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or nearest to Garfield, New Jersey. By using this Website, the Client explicitly consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waives the right to participate in any class action lawsuits.
